The 100% sheep’s wool sauna hats are handmade in Europe and offer excellent heat protection for your head and face, elevating your entire experience! Enjoy a quick rinse in our natural travertine stone waterfall shower before taking a plunge in the upright temperature-controlled and filtered cold plunge. And repeat if desired. We are always staffed and can guide you whether you are a beginner or master of contrast therapy.
All Sauna & Cold Plunge sessions include complimentary use of our beautiful Stretch Studio for your own private unguided flow or stretch with blocks and bands provided.
