Private group bookings are available ensuring you have exclusive use of our entire facility and our undivided attention.  Teams or groups of 6 (and up to 16) participants are welcome to utilise all of our premium equipment to enhance recovery and optimise performance in between game days, events or training sessions.

Our 7-person traditional sauna alternated with our guided temperature-controlled cold plunge will recharge and renew, reducing pain and inflammation and supporting faster recovery and better sleep. 

Our brand new Normatec Lounge features the ultra-comfortable Hyperice DreamSeats for the ultimate in reclining comfort.  The targeted recovery equipment comprises of the highly sought-after Normatec compression boots, Hypervolt massage guns, Vyper 3 massage rollers, Hypersphere massage balls plus stretch mats/bands and a full-body Red Light Therapy panel (available at an additional cost).

In a single 60-minute session, teams will have access to:

• Faster inflammation reduction & improved circulation — via contrast therapy in our traditional Finnish sauna and temperature-controlled upright cold plunge
• Accelerated muscle recovery & reduced fatigue — via Normatec compression boots, the same technology used by elite athletes worldwide
• Targeted soft tissue recovery — via Hyperice massage guns and vibrating rollers
• Deep tissue, joint & muscle repair — via medical-grade full-body red light therapy (available at an additional cost)

Coaches and team therapists are warmly invited to attend at no additional cost, so your recovery strategies can be integrated seamlessly with existing training programs.

Full private access to our entire recovery space -- $39 per person (minimum 6 people).

Prefer a Private Sauna & Cold Plunge session without the compression therapy?  We offer that too -- $119 for up to 4 people or $149 for up to 6 people.

Both options are open to corporate teams, social teams, sporting teams and groups of friends. You will have everyone feeling great and moving freely again.
